Santushti is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a liberal cancellation policy with the following guidelines:

Cancellations:

    • Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items (e.g., flowers, eatables).

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    • Report damaged or defective items to Customer Service within 3-5 days of receipt.
    • The merchant will verify the issue before a refund or replacement is processed.
  • Product Discrepancies:
    • If the received product does not match the website description or customer expectations, notify Customer Service within 3-5 days of receipt.
    • Customer Service will investigate and make an appropriate decision.
  • Manufacturer Warranties:
    • For products with manufacturer warranties, customers should contact the manufacturer directly for warranty-related issues.
  • Refund Processing:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days.
